FlashAlert is a proactive remote storage monitoring and failure alert
service that provides the support you need to eliminate costly downtime.
Used in conjunction with FlashConsole, an e-mail alert is automatically
sent to a designated e-mail address at our call center staffed 24 hours
per day, 365 days per year. Once received, the problem is quickly
diagnosed and a trained support person will contact you immediately with
corrective action.
Protecting Your Enterprise
FlashDisk storage management appliance systems include
Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.) which
monitors the internal operations of a disk drive, predicts a potential
problem and sends a failure notification so that a drive can be repaired
or replaced before any loss of data. This data storage monitoring
technology coupled with FlashAlert’s automated “call home” service further
enhances high availability by reporting potential problems immediately
