Scope

Grow the Winchester Systems installed base and exceed revenue quotas through proactive and value added service to customers:

Sales Rep Responsibilities include:

  • Be the key player in building a mutually beneficial partnership with each account.
  • Establish a high-level of face-to-face relationships with executive level business decision makers and customer technical experts.
  • Prospect, qualify and following through with own leads. Input and maintain accurate client data in the corporate CRM database.
  • Provide value to customers large and small. Continued success and larger deals will require frequent prospecting and client retention.
  • Influencing client decisions and resolve potential sales cycle hurdles. Proactively anticipate client technical issues and be ready with alternative solutions.
  • Maximize in-house technical experts on pre-sales visits in order to develop the most complete client solution.
  • Manage internal sales/order administration to ensure that the delivery of Winchester Systems solutions is above reproach.
  • Ensure that all client post-sales installations are flawless. Utilize internal technical experts to realize this objective.
  • Maintain a personal high level of integrity, credibility and technical competence regarding Winchester data storage products.
